Keep Cribbing!

This is excerpt of gtalk communication. I finally found one who was in sync with my thoughts!Not just in sync but he mattered most too.

me: lo why do ppl keep cribbing abt their job when they can be better off some where else
Risky: I was wonderibng the same!

Risky: its our head which refuses to believe we are responsible for our sad state
find one guy who has met with accident who says it was my fault
except me, of course :)
me: exactly..if they cut salary, layoff some they start to crib
by jive they dont own business and running business is no dicks work
if business is not doing well whose fault is it!

they compare themselves wid others and feel sad saying I cant have the same thing as the nxt guy but the truth is this cribbing guy is not good enough to be in his shoes
me: huh..man todays youth especially our age bracket are complete nuts!
i don get their funda at all
Risky: actually simple
they want everything tailormade for them
me: if u r expecting all gud things to happen, increment,bonus and other perks at regular intervals of ur life then u r definitely working in PORN business
Risky: many have had easy goings till now
ah porn is another story.wil talk abt it later

Risky: see these guys who we see around us
me: but m sick of hearing ppl say this is bad, they didnt do gud job and we are blamed and blah blah stuff. tats why american business house are better
Risky: were pampered by their parents
me: they fire when they want

Risky: college life and other stuff was cool too- the worst nightmare they might hav had would be a girl/guy leavin them or flunkin in a subject. even the jobs- placements were easy
they never fought for anything everything was giftwrapped til now and the real world gives bareknuckled punches- and nothing else
they cant stand it- and hence blame everything else except their incompetence

Risky: thet went on abt getting 'tricked' into signing a bond
me: and evryday they crib. Bull..were u so dumb to sign the bond eh!
Risky: yup
I said it aloud one day- that I dont want to work and got out in a week ,these ppl were looking at me as if I was one a$$hole.
paid the bond and other stuff
me: tats wat happens dude. my thoughts are in sync with wat mindtree management thinks so i never have a prob
Risky: I said I was stupid enough to sign it- and thats why I am payin it
me: but i get labelled the dumb guy coz of it.
