At work.

Its been one helluva week. Mixed emotions. I was asked to answer a question that got me thinking. "Whats your experience of working with this team?" Now here i am, a jackass. I could answer this in 20 words, 50 words , 100 words or even write an essay on it. Blame the UPSC. I can add lot of raw facts, analysis and yeah god bless me even charts :). Jokes apart, the only thing that will influence the process of forming an "experience" is the people around you. I have been extremely lucky to say the least in my entire 4yrs of career so far, to have had the opportunity of working with amazing people. Some times i think, myself and elusive lady luck have been joined on hip like twins! And hmmm, yes i can never distinguish between the teams or rather my experiences between teams will be the same or i would be doing myself a great injustice of demeaning one over the other. Of course, the process may change, the amount of work, stress factors blah and blah change among teams but should i give a damn? after all profession is just a way of spending the not so productive part of your life! For me its been the same so far, few good men, few damsels, few dudes, few boozers and of course a villain or two in every team and the jokes, laughters, sadness, crisis in different shades. Life just moves on. Get hold of it.

Dont get too close

Bachelors like us have got nothing much to do in spare time apart from getting busy in whatever comes in our way. I have been hanging out with the same bunch of guys since ages and keep doing the same monotonous things to spend the active part of every day life. And it so happened to me that i ended up being real close with them and vice-versa. Like hell, there comes a day in your life when all dear ones migrate, depart and then when it so happens you have no option but to be depressed. Of course there is a way out by socializing with new kinds of people, getting busy in new things or seriously pursuing what you hate doing. But then damage has been done. So dont get too close! Friendship is all about JUST staying in touch.
